Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard US shipping on all orders of $20 or more. Orders under $20.00 cost just $3.00 for shipping. Items usually arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase (Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery - but in most circumstances it will be with you sooner!).

Currently we only ship to the USA through our website. 


Refund Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we’d be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. You may return any online purchases to the following address:

You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded.  To return a purchase, please include your order confirmation you received via email.

By contacting us through our web contact form and selecting "Online returns enquiry"

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your purchase. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, we cannot accept returned items which have been opened.

Please package the item(s) for return securely and send it to us at the address given by Customers Service. We cannot accept returns delivered by hand.

I'm located outside of the USA, can I order through your website?

Currently, we only ship to USA addresses; however we will let you know when this changes.




Ordering Online/Payment

How do I know if my order has been received?

When we receive your order, an order confirmation screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.


What should I do if my credit/debit card was refused while placing an order?

If your credit or debit card was refused while placing an order on our site, please re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.


PayPal as a method of payment

How does it work? It is simple, on the payment page, select PayPal as your chosen payment method and when prompted login to your PayPal account, you will see all your order details and be asked to confirm payment. When confirming payment, you will be presented with your order confirmation page on our site.


You will receive an email from us confirming your order along with an email from PayPal confirming your payment.


I have a Voucher Code / Coupon code how do I redeem it?

If you have a valid code, simply enter your code on our “My Bag” page which you can access by clicking “View” at the top of the page if you have added items to your bag.

How do I register a new account?

To register a new account, simply click the 'Login' link at the top of each page on the website, or click here to register now.


How do I log in to my account?

Once you've registered with us, you'll be able to log in to our site at any time. Click the Login link at the top of your screen and enter your user name and password (exactly as you gave when you first registered). If you've forgotten your password, click here

Logging in makes placing an order even faster, as all of your addresses and shipping details will already be present. While logged-in, you can change any of these details as well as any other shipping addresses or details you may have entered previously.

Absolutely. We are proud of the fact that our products are vegetarian certified, and not tested on animals. So you know what you are getting - no chemicals and absolutely nothing nasty.
