How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE over the value of £20.00. Orders totalling under £20.00 cost just £1.5 for shipping. Items usually arrive within 7-10 working days from the date of shipping (Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery - but in most circumstances it will be with you a lot sooner!).
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we’d be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded. To return an purchase please include your order confirmation which we sent to you via email when you placed your order.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your purchase. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, we cannot accept returned items which have been opened.
Please package the item(s) for return securely and send it to us at the address given by Customers Services. We cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
I'm located outside of the USA and United Kingdom, can I order through your website?
Presently we only ship to USA and UK addresses; however we will let you know when this changes.

How do I know if my order has been received?
When we receive your order, an order confirmation screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.
What should I do if my credit/debit card was refused while placing an order?
If your credit or debit card was refused while placing an order on our site, please re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.
PayPal as a method of payment
How does it work? It is simple, on the payment page, select PayPal as your chosen payment method and when prompted login to your PayPal account, you will see all your order details and be asked to confirm payment. On confirming payment you will then be presented with your order confirmation page on our site.
You will receive an email from us confirming your order along with a further email from PayPal confirming your payment.
I have a Voucher Code / Coupon code how do I redeem it?
If you have a valid code, just simply enter your code on our “My Bag” page which you can access by clicking “View” at the top of the page while you have added items to your bag.
